Top Banana Bread by The Hungry Girl

1 1/4 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c all purpose flour
3/4 Splenda, granulated
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 fat free liquid eggs (I use Egg Beaters)
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
2 t baking powder (low sodium would decrease the sodium content)
1 t vanilla extract
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt (I only use a couple shakes from the salt shaker...I don't like using a lot of salt in baked goods)

Oven temp: 350 F
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix wet ingreients in another bowl.
Add the wet to the dry and mix thoroughly.
Pour batter into a bread pan (9"x5" is what I used). Bake 50 minutes or until the middle is set. Test with toothpick or fork.
Cool slightly and serve. I like Brummel and Brown Spread on mine.

Serving size: 1/8th of the bread (HUGE chunk!!)
